Happy Sunday! May 12, 2012. HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!!!!

Good Morning to all the mommies out there! There is something that happens the minute you become a mother that is not really possible to explain to someone who has not experienced it. The minute you have a child, this little thing that now depends on you… this little person-whom you want the very best for, life takes on a completely different spin. EVERYTHING matters in a much different way now. Every single decision, every single thing you do…what you DON’T do! And, on top of just trying to do one’s best, there’s ALWAYS an overwhelming amount of opinions, ideas, comments, suggestions… OH MY WORD!

Somehow, the kids get fed, the laundry gets done, the bills get paid and taken care of, the cupcakes for class events get baked, the crafts get crafted, the extracurricular activities get rushed to, the house gets kept up (at least most of the time gets to at least descent status), if you have a separate job outside there home or do any other side jobs or such, well, then there’s that too…. and  for those who home school there is school work added to the mix- and the challenge of getting it ALL done while the kids are at home…. would be so much easier to keep a neater home if the kids where not in it all the time. Does that make sense? I love it, however, it’s just a fact that them being at home all day means they are ALWAYS up to something here and our home is DEFINITELY “LIVED IN”.

Here’s a quote that mom of you have probably seen and mom ABSOLUTELY understand:

‎”Making a decision to have a child–it’s momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body.” ~ Elizabeth Stone

For all you do, for all you balance, for all you juggle, for all you are investing into your children… here’s to YOU SUPER MOMS! 🙂

(BTW, Shout out to all the daddies stepping up and filling in also! There are PLENTY of wonderful Dads who fill typical “mommy” shoes in homes all over!)
